DESCRIPTION:Please join us at Friends School’s North Campus on Wednesday\, October 23\, 2019 at 6:00pm for a double feature screening of “Screenagers” and the newly-released “Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER”. \n\n\n \n\n\nPhysician and filmmaker Delaney Ruston explores struggles over social media\, video games\, academics and internet addiction. \n\n\n \n\n\nScreenagers\, (showtime 6:00pm) the award-winning 2016 film\, reveals how tech time impacts kids’ development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance. \n\n\n \n\n\nScreenagers NEXT CHAPTER (showtime 7:30pm) is the new\, follow-up film that examines the science behind teen’s emotional challenges\, the interplay of social media\, and most importantly\, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress\, anxiety\, and depression in our digital age.\n\n\n \n\n\nThese films are intended for parents\, caregivers\, educators\, and students ages 10 and older.
